Are you not 100% satisfied and want to return your jewelry? Follow the guide :
♡ Your jewelry does not suit you?
If upon receipt of your order, it does not suit you, you have the option of returning it to us for an exchange or a refund.
To do this, nothing could be simpler: all you have to do is complete the return form, already included in your package, and attach it to your return.
Return conditions :
- The jewel must be in perfect condition, neither damaged nor worn (we reserve the right to refuse the refund if these conditions are not respected)
- The return must be made within 14 working days after receipt of the jewel
- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer

N.B.: remember to pack the jewel well, tape the envelope and send it by registered letter to avoid any theft of the post office. Also, be sure to keep proof of posting.
